Dr. L'Etoile's work with NASPO has been instrumental in advancing our digital accessibility efforts and providing practical resources and guidance to support public procurement professionals across the country. She has partnered closely with the Creative Services team to ensure video content and graphics meet accessibility standards, worked hand-in-hand with the Conferences and Events team to help ensure conferences are accessible and welcoming for all attendees, and collaborated with the Procurement U team to build a digital accessibility resource hub for our members and integrate digital accessibility principles throughout our course design process.
